Autumn has officially hit the streets which means the days are getting shorter and the weather is getting cooler. It also means that our delicious new menu has now hit the tables!
Whether you’re rocking events like Bleach Festival, heading down to HOTA or cruising it by the beach, BSKT is the perfect destination for your before and after parties with family and friends.
To celebrate all that’s new at BSKT (and because we’re just so excited), we had to take this opportunity to tell you about the big 4 changes to our daytime menu.

BSKT Chicken Burger
The new BSKT Chicken Burger takes flavour to a whole new level! Showcasing a Rosemary & Hemp Seed crumbed chicken breast smothered in Miso Dijon Mayo, this bad boy combines the traditional burger we all love with a mouth-watering Asian twist. To finish off, this contemporary dish is served with a side of Kale & Lime Asian Slaw with Edamame to complete the experience. Oishi!

Meet the Gold Coast’s latest Lebanese flavour sensation! Our delicious Fattoush Salad brings the Middle East to beach with super tender Turmeric-spiced chicken, Quinoa Tabouli and Rocket. Taking this traditional salad to the next level, we then top it with zesty yoghurt, Date Chutney and Harissa, and serve with a generous helping of crunchy flat bread.
Got a bit of a sweet tooth? Our brand-new Chocolate Fondant is bound to make you go weak at the knees! This gorgeous little cake is soft and fluffy on the outside with a rich and gooey chocolate centre to drive any chocolate-lover wild. To create the perfect flavour balance, these gorgeous chocolate pillows are topped with a generous swirl of Cocowhip and strawberries. We then sprinkle with a beautifully textured chocolate crumb… yum!
The Berry Soufflé is our chef’s favourite addition to our Autumn menu. This wonderfully light and fluffy vegan soufflé features subtle hints of mixed berry and comes served with fresh strawberries a side of our favourite Quinoa crumble! Of course, no dessert is complete without a delicious side-serve of Cocowhip so we’ve included that too. Magnifique!
